This business is ROTTEN!!! Cold food, limpy, uncooked French fries, terrible service, women who get on the phone pretending to be the manager, the manager promising to send out coupons for free meals to compensate for the bad experiences, and not keeping his promise. Corporate needs to shut this place down!!!!

Roast beef, curly fries, baked potatoes, chocolate chip milkshakes...Rax is the best there is, best there was, and best there ever will be!
