Never use Kemmerer. After going over everything with my husband, he said he would call with an estimate. Instead, he talks over our plans with a friend of his, some neighbor of ours down the road. Someone we don't even know. It seems this friend of his did not want us to do the work. kemmerer gave us some bull story. I don't know what he thought. Did he think we would believe him, not check it out? I don't know. The man out right lied to us. This one man show is unprofessional and unreliable. My husband and I went with a real company to do the work.
