Do not shop here. There ring warrenty is worthless. I took a $1400.00 black and white diamond ring in for repair. Two weeks later a diamond fell out. Back to kays I go, after they make sure the tiny diamond fell out and not removed by me. They inform me I had missed the diamond check. So it was not covered. I said but you just repaired it, Doesn't count it was not entered into computer that the diamonds were checked. So the repair was cost $29.00, including the diamond. So for less then $30.00 they have lost my business. Buyers think about it maybe another jewely store will be better.
