Horrible customer service

Lies, don't show up for appts. Or Evan call to tell you they are not coming. They don't return phone calls after leaving several messages. And never answer their phone.They told my home warranty company that they are an hour and a half from my home. LIE...

TLDR:

---Took over 1 month to get service.

---Never ever returns phone calls or messages (even even if they promise they will in 5 min, will lie to your face and still not call back).

---They do not keep their appointments at all, even when their customers take time off work without pay to accomodate them.



This is quite possible the worst company in history both in terms of service quality and overall attitude. Was referred to them through home warranty service to have my garage door opener replaced. Took them a week to come out and give diagnostic, after which they informed me that they needed to order a new circuit board to fix the problem. Relatively routine right? Except afterwards they didn't call back for ONE MONTH!! Seriously 1 entire month! I had to call them back to see what was going on. Turns out they never followed up on the manufacturer and only found out when i called that that part was no longer available...



Still, I wanted to get my garage door opener fixed, so I gave them the chance to simply replace the whole thing. Since i work late everyday, it was difficult to arrange an appointment time. However, I really just wanted to get things done. So eventually we set a mutually convenient time to perform service. I even took a half day off work without pay just to accomodate them. After getting of work early on the day of service I decided to check in with them to confirm that they were coming. Turns out they have cancelled the appointment because they received some mysterious form of "communication" from my home warranty (which they totally denied) telling them that I had cancelled the service. WHAT?? why would I do this? and they didn't even bother to call me to confirm the cancellation??



CONCLUSION: after waiting over 1 month and losing half a day of pay, they still accomplished absolutely nothing at all. Furthermore, they did not offer me an apology, or even the most basic form of customer service courtesy throughout the entire process.



STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. AS FAR AS POSSIBLE, they are the absolute epitome of unreliability and horrendous customer service. I don't even know how they stay in business.

horrible company

Horrible company repeatedly lied to me. No call no show for 3 different appointments and when I called they always told me they weren t supposed to be there until later in the week each time when I wrote down the dates and times every time so I knew they were lieing to me. I don t recommend them to anyone they never showed up. Never called and lied to me every time I called.
