NEVER, WILL I BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS THIS STORE AGAIN, they talk the talk, and act like they know what they are taking about when caring for ponds and aquariums, but they really don't. I learned my lesson the hard way after I purchased two bottles of ammonia block from them. Raul told me to place both bottles of block in my pond and it would take care of problem. He then told me I would at some point need to change part of the water, but only after I place the bottles in the pond. After I put the bottles in the pond “ALL” my Koi fish died within minutes. I called the store and told him what had happened, Raul back peddled and twisted his words around saying he never told me to put both bottles in. I had 3000.00 if fish. Believe me. I would have never done something that would have killed my fish. I went off this stores expertise and recommendation. BEWARE...

Manager was very rude & not accommodating. We'll never come back to this place. One star for the friendly & helpful two young & tall Latinos and sweet Latina lady. We'd rather commute. You'd think that managers will be friendly & accommodating. Not this one, very disappointed.
