I was told on the phone that they could repair the charging system on my Troy Built Riding mower. I Loaded it, drove the approximatly 25 miles to their shop. I was then told... WE DEO NOT WORK ON RIDING MOWERS ANYMORE. WE Stopped over a year ago.



Very Bad Customer service from phone conversation to the approximatly 1 hr it took me to load up my mower and drive to their SO CALLED REPAIR SHOP.



If possible I would give then a MINUS STAR RATING... I do not recommend anyone do business with this repair shop...

Great guy these people below me are just haters because the older gently man does not greet them at the door .I go in there all the time for Go kart parts and he has just what i need every time .

Very bad customer service, the tech did not seem to be interested in making business regardless that I came to the shop by recommendation.

Some of the worse customer service I have ever expirienced on several occasions
