The service was whatever. Decent lady helped me. But the food over the years has gone down in size and quality, no longer using sandwich bread (like a 6" or 12") and started using smaller bread while raising prices. Decent food, but honestly when I unwrapped my turkey sandwich and saw one I could've made at home, I knew that was my last visit. $30 for two sandwiches on small bread is a rip off.

Great food, as good as I've had in NY. Very nice staff, fast service!

Owner is a total a hole. I live here in Lancaster and my mom and sister came out to visit and I wanted to take them to the blvd for a nice fun experience and we got just the opposite. We asked the owner I they wore gloves when they make sandwiches cuz they were sliding bagels over the counters, touching the cash register and then going back and touching the food. The owner was appalled when we asked him this and he stood two feet away from our faces and yelled that he WILL NOT WEAR GLOVES and what do we take him for!! He then crumbled our ticket/ order and threw it on the floor. He was soo rude, it was so embarrassing, we will NEVER come back, he doesn't even deserve one star.
