Provided by YP.comI sent my broken bridge in to this company in mid April 2013, they charged me for the repair to this item (over $75.00) on 4/26/2013, and to date 8/21/2013 I HAVE STILL NOT RECIEVED THE BRIDGE BACK. I have talked to several people, and have numerous excuses. 1. "The welder" did not send it out. 2. The welder sent it, and you did not get it. 3. We got it, and we will send it out right away. 4. We lost it, and we ordered a new one from the manufacturer. 5. We got and will send it out right away, etc. etc., etc.........Run....do not send your items to this company.......

Provided by YPmobile$400 frames, needed a new hinge riveted into the upper quadrant of frames. They promised me that they would be done the next day & there would be no discolorization visible on the front of frames, only possibly on the back. Everyday I was informed that they were still waiting on the right rivets that would fit or were waiting for something to dry and I was put-off to wait. When I got the frames back 10 days later, the frames were discolored, cracked and melted by a superglue type adhesive. There was obvious mismatched parts, the frames were cracked and had messy glue marks, rivets were the wrong size & lenses were damaged($200 tinted, ultra light lenses). I made a big mistake letting these guys do finesse type work. My bad for trusting them without doing my due diligence. I don't trust them & will never do business there again.

Provided by YP.comHad two pair glasses "fixed" here. They lost first pair for a couple of weeks but finally got the job done. Not impressed by organization ( felt like it was family run home business) but they were polite. Latest is I had 1 month old titanium bow brake on frame. They said they would replace with new set of bows. Great. When returned the lenses were all smudged, the new bows were bent and I had to straighten them and one of the nose pieces was loose in the case with the screw. I tried screwing it back in only to find it was the wrong screw. When I called to complain I got run around about how they didn't do it and weren't responsible because I didn't ask them to replace the bridge piece. True. I didn't. Wasn't broken and was intact when I sent it. They offered to fix if I wanted to send it back to them but I'm not going thru the risk and expense of doing that. Great idea but very poor execution. Won't use them again and will certainly advise others not to use them.

Provided by YP.comI have a hard time finding glasses frames and when I find one I like I get frustrated when I break a nose piece or lose a screw. Most Optical shops won't or can't fix them or end up finding a bow or spare part that doesn't match but will "do". Was thrilled to find a friendly and fast repair service. But then I find they have such great inventory on site. Will be my new "go to" place for glasses. I found the store manager first rate and treated me professionally and gave me great service. I am giving out there cards almost daily.
Thank You we appreciate your business

Provided by YP.comAvoid this business like the plague. All sales are final, and you have no recourse except to use their 90 day warranty. Aside from the hideousness of the repair (which they indicated would be the case because of the plastic frame), they used the wrong size temple screw. It fell out before it even got to us. They left a piece of metal sticking out of the inside of the frame (the side which faces my daughter's face). The glasses were shipped in an unpadded plastic box that was obviously damaged in transit. They say that they will fix it, but I have to ship it to them at my expense.
We complete 80,000 repairs a year and have been in business 12 years. We do offer a 90 day warranty to correct any problems a customer might have. This customer did not want to purchase new Temples (Arms) was advised ahead of time of the fact the taking a hinge in and out will cause it too discolor. Again choose to pick repair instead of new parts (same cost) then called over phone, wanting a refund, gave option again of new parts or to come back to location. expects to get a refund after work is completed over the phone and will not come in person.

Provided by YP.comSloppy work, over priced, along with terrible customer service. Will NEVER do business with them again. They were soooo rude. I should say that the woman in there was way out of line. She could have cared less if I was happy or not. The skill level of the repair looked like 1st grader did it.
We fill we are resonably priced, we have had the same prices for 12 years. We do our best to make our customers happy, one we can not fix a repair problem over the phone if explaining you have a 90 day warranty and to come back to the store is rude. We do apologize.

Provided by YP.comThey are horrible and incompetent, not to mention rude!! 2 weeks later and STILL waiting for my glasses. The "manager" is argumentative. The business unresponsive and unaccountable. SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND BUY NEW GLASSES!
This customer had a 100% Pure Titanium Frame that at the time as explained both verbally and in writing had to be sent out for repair and would take 2to4 weeks to come back to our store and then would take 7 days to mail back to her. After 1 week began calling cursing, yelling & screaming. We do apologize this could not be done faster. But was given other option of putting lenses into new frame in 10 min. but chose not to.
