Dr Ghidella was horrible, as was the staff at the Lakewood Surgery Center. I had an emergency three days after my operation and my calls on Sat. and Sun. to the after hours doctor were ignored and we never received a call back. Pain medications that ran out on Sat., (three days after surgery) were never refilled and we had to go to the nearest emergency room for treatment. Post-Op care was met with uncaring and arrogant staff and doctors. Inaccurate chart notes were forwarded to my insurance, thus causing delayed treatment. Lack of concern, unprofessionalism and Dr. Ghidella's arrogant God-Complex approach to care left me with my condition worse off than before I sought care at the Lakewood Surgery Center and Puget Sound Orthopedics. Run from this place and try Multi-Care Orthopedics for compassionate care. I did and I was treated with respect and dignity. Puget Sound Orthopedics is similar to going to McDonalds. They rush you through the line with uncaring BS.

My family has gone to Lakewood Orthopaedics/Puget Sound Orthopaedics for almost 20 years. We wouldn't go anywhere else for care. If a friend or family member has an orthopedic problem we always recommend Puget Sound Orthopaedics.
