This one of the best restaurants in the puget sound region. Great food and atmosphere.

Long Beach Cafe is not your run of the mill mega chain "asian food". No neon red sweet and sour sauce here! The Chap Che with beef is fabulous, as is the Panang Curry with beef. My children favor the Golden Cashew with chicken which is very aromatic with lots of crunchy veggies and toasted cashews. I highly reccomend both the fried and fresh spring rolls. Both come with unique, hand crafted dipping sauces. The service is usually good, but they tend to understaff so it can get a little slow if the place fills up.
