Everyone's so accommodating and they always make me feel right at home. Love the complimentary Aveda "goodies" like their tea, hand treatments, chair massages, etc. and everything smells soooo wonderful the second you walk in. Jose's been doing hair *forever* and you can tell his experience. He actually *listens* and his work has always been so perfectly modern and lovely. All my waxing appointments have been flawless, especially since I have sensitive skin, crazy brows, and "other areas" I've had other places make really uncomfortable (this place sometimes uses a different [? dunno] wax on me). I've had plenty of both "clinical" and "frou frou" facials, but theirs are the best in town, hands down! Curious to see if other Aveda places do things the same way, but I found Jose Manuel's prices to be the most reasonable, so I'll stay--plus this is the closest. Looking forward to the next facial & massage I've booked (at the same time!) for our anniversary.
