They totally ruined my brand new Jacket that I worn twice. They try to fix it three times and it got only worse. This is the second piece of clothing they ruined. They don't answer phone calls, and can't leave messages. I stopped by and say they will call me and they never do. I have gave them the name of the store where I got the jacket so they can replace it, but nothing. People are always lined up complaining about their clothing. they are a nightmare. I don't know what else to do, it's so upsetting!! I will look for the business borough to make a complaint. They should not continue doing this to people.

Wanted to give a well deserved praise to clerk named Brooke! She is very efficient and a pleasure to deal with! Finally a great improvement for this business!

The women who work here are incredibly rude and lazy. I will never go back here. Thank goodness there are so many others to choose from!
