I brought my Victorinox automatic to them for repair on 4/30/15, 3 years ago. After 6 months, I stopped by to inquire on the repair progress. They told me that they were waiting on a part and not to call them, they would call me. I haven't heard from them since. I guess it's BBB time next.

I discovered this shop on-line. They carry beautiful antique pocketwatches. Their watches are top quality, and their customer service is excellent. I highly recommend this business.
