Now a days most places you go to shop, lack customer service. I can definitely vouch for this Vision Works in Lakewood @ the Commons. I have bought four great pair in the past two years and I can officially say I am addicted to their great people, I enjoy every experience that I am there. I see many customers also enjoying their experiences. So, if you need glasses go to this Vision works @ the Lakewood Commons!

I have been a customer for years! It's funny to see people write reviews because they don't get their way when it's not the associates fault and they need to pay to have something repaired. I have been in this store at extremely busy times and slow times and have only seen sweet caring women that work there!!! I have also heard patients yelling and associates treat them with respect no matter how rude the CUSTOMER is! The manager Vanessa is GREAT, I hear patients always asking for her. Victoria is sweet, Gail is a joy, even their lab manager will come out and he is very helpful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This place gives a new meaning to the words "Bad Customer Service". These smug people think they can lie and cheat you and treat you like dirt. I had some glasses that were well within the warranty and they refused to repair or replace them. Then the manager finally decided to come into work and was even worse to me. Ended up having to pay to fix the glasses which were 2 times the price I should ghave paid for them in the first place. DO NOT go to this place unless you enjoy being treated rudely and without respect
