Provided by YP.comI made the mistake of 'walking in' to have my hair done while visiting. I don't remember her name, oriental lady, talked me to death, asked the same questions over and over, I felt like I was in a nut house. Should have followed my instincts and walked out. The haircut turned out to be totally uneven and my root touch up was awful and left a dark brown ring around my head. As soon as I got home I had to have my hair re-cut and the color fixed. What an awful experience. I can't help wondering if you have to be licensed to work at Ulta?!
