Terrible service

Some of the worst, most unfriendly, customer service I have ever received. That, combined with a poor selection of strings and instruments, make this one horrid shopping experience.

My recommendation

My child takes lessons here and she just wants to do it everyday.When she needs a guitar string,they found the perfect match for the guitar.This place is instamentaly friendly and is the number 1 place for music.This place is the place i would recommend to buy any type of music.

Great service

I visit this place regularly. While their selection of electrical guitars isn't as large as I would like, they also carry other instruments, such as acoustic guitars and pianos. The service is great. One time I had a question regarding strings and one of the guitar techs took the time to help me find a set of strings that were nice and playable and had the kind of sound I was after. They also have instructors which teach various instruments, and they know their stuff. I recommend these guys.
