I have sharp criticism regarding the people running this company that need to stop counting your profits and embrace the genuine, honest and decent employees they seem to have a need to fire. Ed, a nice gentleman by was the loan officer there who had patiently worked with me over a couple months, and allowed me to move at my pace when I agreed to have him work on refinancing my home of 19 years. I was bombarded by countless phone calls from rude and aggressive people harassing me. He was the 10th person that called me and the only one I felt like I could truely trust. Throughout our process he took much more time than he should have to educate and explain the things that happen during a refinance. Never have I talked to someone with as much information as Ed. Back in 2007, The last crook that did my refinance ripped me off and is probably in jail. It took me years to get over the mismanagement of my loan and I almost lost my house - hence my distrust in the people that saturate this industry.He never told me he was leaving the company, nor did he mention anything was wrong the last time we had talked. I called him up and inquired on why he did not return my call, and he had mentioned he was fired becuase he mentioned the reason was something about not fitting in. As An HR administrator of 29 years, I've rarely heard any company using an excuse like that to get rid of someone, unless it was personal. That is poor management and misguided judgement that leads management to act like that. Maybe I'm old and behind the times, but it's still not right! If the person/people responsible are reading this, be careful with how you carelessly impact people's careers and families when you make decisions like that.Instead of firing someone because of your personal opinion of them, take a look at yourself first - you will see that you can learn alot from those you cast judgement on, than from the ones above you that you are trying to impress.I'll continue on searching for a different lending company that values their people, not just their profits.

While i have no doubt this company MAY be an excellent place to get a mortgage loan through, This review is my criticism and dismay over the management running this place who need to seriously think about how they treat their employees and what character traits they value in loan officers.

I had a loan officer by the name of Ed G., patiently waited almost 2 months to work with me, diligently keeping me on track and moving at MY pace to refinance my home, while I got my affairs in order.

I wanted to let you know that HE was THE VERY REASON Why I was considering your company over the others that were calling me.

He maintained exemplary communication the whole time. I noticed that he never made it to last scheduled phone, and I figured something came up. I called back the main number and was transferred to some rude man at the company who had informed me that he was no longer working there, as no body seemed to know why he was gone or what was happening.

I only found out when what happened when I called him directly and he mentioned he was let go because he didn't fit in. I can't imagine why this person did not fit in to your organization?



If his character did not fit in light of an industry ruled by greedy lairs and used car salesmen, then maybe that gentleman had no business being mixed up with you all over there.



You just lost this woman's business faith in doing business with a bunch of deplorable people running it.

You're all no different from the rest.

This brief note is to express my pleasure with working with two of your team members, Dennis DeSchaine and Caty Spiteri.  Excellence and integrity are two words that describe both of them.  With the uniqueness of my new home purchase, all of the variables had to be in place for a smooth transition.  When things seemed uncertain, it was the reassuring and calming voice of Dennis and the steadfastness of Caty that helped me keep it all together.  Employee's, such as Dennis and Caty, are difficult to find and your organizations benefits by having them as part of the team.  Together, they made the impossible, possible for me.  Words of gratitude cannot express my sincere thanks and appreciation.



If your organization recognizes employees for outstanding contributions, Dennis and Caty deserves this award.  It was a pleasure working with both.  They were truly my life saving calvary.

It was a real pleasure working with Pinnacle Mortgage. You were the only one who came up with the option of a first and second mortgage that ended up reducing our monthly payments and eliminated the PMI while also addressing our loan-to-value ratio situation. During the transaction you were highly responsive and very helpful in answering our question. I appreciated the ability to perform a lot of the transaction via email and electronically.

Pinnacle pulled off a miracle! We all know short sales are a hassle, but when my real estate agent called to tell me that the deal was in jeopardy, the team at Pinnacle really shined. They worked with me to clear up the issues and got the deal done in three days! Thanks guys!
