poor customer service, staff are drunk and smell of pot, sells junk on craigslist, not a place to recommend. the short fat dude is not to bright, he really does not know much when it comes to gold. Walk down the street you will be treated better and get a better loan.

ive known this pawnshop and all the family for years never really hada problem pawning or selling items was treated well on all accounts you have to give them a chance.... sean

Pasternacks Pawn Shops in Colorado are not the place to go to for your gun purchases. they lost my info on my background check and told me I was declined, I went 4 doors down they did the Right paperwork and I walk out with a new glock!!!

Pawn shop is a joke just like the guy in charge, went in to pawn not sell something he didnt even look at the item or look me in the eye and turned me away. Went to Fast Cash and got a good loan

I got a very fair amount for the item that I had to pawn. The person helping me was very helpful and nice. They have a lot of inventory to choose from if you are looking for something at a great price.
