excellent

Took our teens car there for brakes and other repairs. Price was significantly less than the other garage that we had been using and the staff was very helpful and knew what they were doing. The car ran much better after our visit. They explained everything, took us in and showed us the problems on the car and allowed us time to decide. Would go there again.

Very disappointed!

I visited the Midas branch on Wadsworth Blvd for an oil change, a simple oil change. Throughout the afternoon I smelled something burning and it wasn’t until hours later that I saw SMOKE coming from the front of the vehicle. I checked and saw a lot of oil spilled on my engine and under the hood and the oil dipstick partly out (there was also a light on my dashboard suggesting to check my bulbs after I left the place). I came back the next morning to show the manager the CARELESS job and he reacted as if it was normal. He claimed that the oil filter is upside down so it’s natural for oil to spill… seriously? Is it NORMAL to have smoke rising from your engine and have unpleasant smells after an oil change? I’ve had my car’s oil changed for many years and this has NEVER happened! The manager offered to clean my engine but I could still smell it and he never even apologized!

Why pay $33 for such a mess? Very bad first impression for new clients. Don’t disregard these reviews, I should have checked here before. Save time and money, DO NOT go to this place and TELL others to stay away!!
