My father was placed at the Arvada location about a year ago. He died following an accident at this location. We have had an investigation done with no cooperation from the caregiver who was attending my father at the time. Clearly, the owner knew of the circumstances, that this person tried to cover up her actions. The state health dept. sited them for not reporting the accident. We, the family were not told until hours later. I will not recommend this place to anyone because of this. Elder abuse should not happen to our loved ones.
