The staff at Colling Insurance is very helpful and knowledgeable. They have many different carriers that they write business with, which is especially nice when you are looking to have your policy shopped for better rating. Everyone is willing to help; I will not take my insurance business anywhere else!

This is the rudest business I have ever called in my life. I called to get an auto insurance quote and gave my name. I then asked for the name of the person I was speaking with and she said "Trenny" or "Tremmy" or "Tammy" or something. I couldn't hear her clearly, so I said "Trinny? Tremmy? Could you spell that for me please I'm not sure I caught your name." She said "are you needing a quote?" I said yes and I don't think I caught your name. She said "I'm gonna let you go" and hung up the phone in my face!!!! I called back and asked to speak to an insurance agent. This same lady got on the phone and blessed me out for my not being able to catch her name and asking her to spell it. At 48 years old, I've never encountered anyone in a business profession so blatantly rude and confrontational on the phone. I feel sorry for anyone who uses this agency as their insurance carrier. I can only imagine the nightmares one must encounter if they need to file a claim. My recommendation would be to avoid this agency at all costs. Go elsewhere...I certainly did and found a very nice professional agent who was more than happy to help me with my needs and who did not feel clarifying names at the beginning of the conversation was anything but normal and professional business etiquette. Her behavior was just totally off the wall and unacceptable as an insurance agent.

Colling insuance gave me several different rates and offered differnt options to meet my needs. I saved about 800.00 from what I was paying before, and got better coverage as well.

Colling Insurance made my life so much easier when it comes to insurance. They even call me before my renewal to let me know if a different company has better rates. They still allow me to have paper billing which is VERY important to me. My predicitable last minute payments are no big deal to them. Nice fit!

We contacted several companies over a 2 month + period to see if we could obtain a better price on our renewal. (Good luck even getting a call back!) Colling Insurance provided several quotes with more coverage at better prices. The staff is friendly and they worked with us on payments. They even set us up to print our own certificates on demand. Highly recommend Colling Insurance, service is great!

After spending many hours searching for new auto insurance I wish I would have started with CIS they had the most friendly people to work with and saved severl hundered $ over the nearest competition.

Excellent buying experience friendly service and a great rates as discribed in their ad. As a broker working for me not any particular insurance company they where able to find the product I was looking for at a great price. Highly recommend.
