A 1 Roofing's sales person take $1800 in advance for repair materials and leave the company. The company and owner denied such a liability, and not respond to any resolution. I will NEVER do business with this company again.

This is a horrible company! Doug in scheduling is very rude, dishonest and is very lousy at his job.

You may want to check them out on the BBB as well. Their are too many other companies in this area who want your business and work hard to please their customers. I have called for two weeks trying to get on the schedule after a contract was signed over two months ago. Doug was always going to call back (and never returned one of my calls, I know for a fact because I logged my correspondence with them) I left a msg with Doug to have the owner Mike O'Donnell to please call, he never returned my call as well. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Find someone else for your roofing needs.

A-1 Roofing failed to honor signed agreement to re-roof my house. A-1 Roofing refused to accept responsible for any damage to existing driveway and refused to provide proper general liability or workers compensation on the project listing the home owner as additional insured.
