This company deletes negative reviews on facebook and yellowpages; hopefully they don't also delete this one.
Issue 1:
This company has rude and incompetent customer service that couldn't comprehend any of my questions and eventually hung up on me.

Issue 2:
I had to schedule and reschedule several inspections due to delays and no-shows from the inspector. What a shame, I had to haul many things out of my apartment only for the guy to never show up.

Issue 3:
The inspector was utterly untactful, and he couldn't communicate with me which things had to be removed from my apartment. After perfectly following every single instruction on their sheet, the inspector brought up minor issues that were never specified before hand, such as vacuuming an already clean floor. Then I had to do yet another inspection at a later time, due to these issues, and had to keep my apartment completely dismantled for another week.

Had an appointment scheduled for Four Seasons to come out to my place for an inspection. They rescheduled the original appointment, then never showed up. When rescheduled again for a certain time period when I had planned to be home, they came outside the time period while I was not there. I was unable to talk with the exterminator about the process or ask the questions I had intended to ask. Had I been there as planned, I would have been able to move forward with the exterminator in scheduling a treatment. When I called the Four Seasons office to get answers to my questions, the woman on the phone was not able to answer my questions, claimed that they were sarcastic, said that she would not deal with me anymore and that I would have to go through management, and hung up. When we called back to hopefully be put through to management, the woman/the company did not answer any future calls. The staff clearly does not get paid to deal with customers upset with the company’s poor service.

In addition, this is the third time I have posted this review. They keep deleting them off of Facebook. Companies that offer poor service do not value honesty. The majority of the company’s 5-star reviews on Google are left by employees of the company or their friends and families, not actual customers. This company believes that if the customer has complaints with the unreliability of the crew and rudeness of the staff, it’s the customer that is the problem, and they try to sweep the complaints under the rug and only show the fake reviews.

When four seasons came to imspect my home they found bed bugs then it took them a week and a half to come back and treat my apt. After treament i came home at 9pm like i was told to and found right there on my living room floor a LIVE ADULT bedbug crawling across my pillow. I then went and told the office where i live who then contacted four seasons in which they stated i brought them back to my apartment. Not possible. So again a week later i found a baby bedbug in my couch told the office and now facing eviction due to their inability to treat it right the first time. With a little research also discovered a second treatment needs to be done due to eggs rehatching.
