Set up an appointment with Sears to replace an oven element, adjust the spring in the dishwasher cup, and unclog the defrost tube which was to due to a manufacturer's defect. The defect on this 2006 Kenmore refrigerator is that it does not seal completely and never will. Warm air gets in causing my frig to work overtime in ithe defrosting cycle, which leaks water out onto my floor, and thus adding to my PG&E bill.

This was set up as a single service call on Monday, Feb. 3, '14. The repairman, ID 8368, said he would have to charge me $300 per appliance. I was livid. I told him I could buy all new appliances for $900 and cancelled the appointment.

Then I thought about it. Of course, that's exactly what Sears wants me to do.

I will never ever buy a Sears product again. Anyway, their products aren't made like they used to be, and their Customer Service are those East Indian people with the heavy, impossible to understand accents.
