The salon itself is really nice. BUT for some reason the employees don't care too much for customers. They tell you to text them.. but they never text back. They tell you to call them... but they never call you back. If you don't care for ALL your customers equally, just the ones coming in a Mercedes with a MK handbag then you're in the wrong industry. WE ALL DESERVE TO BE ATTENDED! BAD IMAGE FOR THE COMPANY.

Sarah has been doing mine and my girlfriends hair for years. She does amazing haircuts and colors and is very reasonably priced for the Hyde park area. I love that she is always on time and very flexible!

It is a joy to go to this salon. I never stop laughing when Tracy is styling my hair. She does a great job and listens to what I want. She never cuts my hair too short, which has always been a problem with others. I actually look forward to going because I know I am going to have fun that morning. The atmosphere at Tracy & Company is refreshing.

I recently moved to the Lakeland area and was so happy to make an appointment at Tracy and Company Hair Designers with Darlene Maloney. She asked what I would like her to do with my style and color before beginning. We discussed the season and my color and decided to skip high lights in Dec. and add them the next time I come in. I was due for a trim so Darlene suggested long layers to lighten the weight of my hair and add a fresh look. I was so impressed with the cut and my color turned out so beautiful for the holidays. The way I know if my cut works is when I am doing it at home. I will say, it looked almost as good as when Darlene finished and I left the salon. Everyone was so friendly and I felt like I belonged. I liked the selection of products and how Darlene explained what she was using and how it worked to make my hair look better. Thanks for making me feel so comfortable. I look forward to those high lights when I return in 4 weeks. Happy New Year to all!

This is a wonderful hair salon, the hair dressers are so nice and go out of their way to please you. I would recommend this hair salon to anyone I know.
