The entire process with Rocio was great! She's so personable and really cares about getting to know about you in order to make your cake absolutely perfect for your special day. Her sample sizes are more then generous, and her expertise really shows with every bite! It was hard to choose which pairing of cake to filling to go with, but in the end we loved the choice we made. Her artistry is amazing, and her versatility in techniques really made a statement with the final product. My only regret was not having more cakes to eat after the wedding. I'm sure if our top layer will last until our first anniversary!!

Dear Rocio.

Just wanted to take a moment to thank you so much for the wonderful cake you made for our daughter's 15th Birthday celebration. Your design of the cake fit perfectly with our theme of the party which was a Venetian Masquerade Ball. Our guests were amazed not only by the beauty of the cake but also by its great taste. It really was hard when it came time to cut the cake as we felt we were destroying a master piece, but we took lots of pictures.

I commend you on your work. The cake looked great, tasted excellent, and you were wonderful to work with. I was glad I had some of your business cards that I could hand out because people were asking for them. I wish you the best and you can be assured that should I need a cake for a special event in the future, I will be contacting you.
