Very rude, unprofessional will never go back again. Didn't care for the way the women acted there. Tried to make a appointment.

Been bringing my Yorkie, for a while. Always did an okay job. Just took him last week. And, he came home in pain, and razor burn on his balls, and a cut on his wee wee. Call to complain, and she really didn't seem to care all she said was awe, and do I want to bring him back so they can doctor him. What? Are you crazy, they didn't doctor him, when they cut him, nor did they tell me. And, I tipped the girl. (Wtf.) I will never take him back there again.

My little girl's haircut was beautiful and she absolutely loved it there! The girls there were so sweet to her. We definitely found our new groomer!

I took my baby Chewy He is a shih tzu. He needed to get a wash, cut, style and everything that goes with it. I was happy with the level of professionalism and service we received and also that walk ins are welcome I would recommend calling first if you don't want to wait a while. I would recommend this place to call my friend to take their love ones.

I was in a pinch. My babies needed a grooming before we head north. My usual groomer was over booked and didn't have an opening for six weeks. I called several groomers with no luck. I found these ladies and gave them a try. They were very good groomers. My babies looked really good and I found a new groomer.

The first time my yorkie got a hair cut it was fine. but the secound time it was the older lady she seems not to listen to me and what i want , i had to go the secound time so they can fix her hair. now i took her again i wanted the first lady to cut her hair but the one that took the directions told her wrong so when my son went to get her for me i had to bring her back so they can do what ever to fix it. i have complaint but they didnt even suggested to even give me the next one free or half off.
