Watson clinic is much better then this place.

Great alternative to a hospital. All staff are very professional. Very friendly, efficient and to the point.

Awesome group, very knowledgable & well equipped . Both my wife and son received excellent care. Staff was great with kids!

Do not go here! Last resort only. We waited 3 hours and when we finally were seen Dr. Parker was extremely rude. He spent all of 30 seconds with us and gave us an attitude when we asked a question, that he thought he had already answered. Apparently he skipped the class on bedside manner! I wouldn't even give this place 1 star. Don't say I didn't warn you.

Do not use these people, they have no idea what insurance they accept, its all about the $$for these doctors. Don't waste your time. They accepted prestige and I was told by BILLING they accept it, but doctors told staff not to. Guess prestige don't pay enough.

The demeanor and attitude of the nurse and PA were more like what you expect in a prison. Short, unconcerned discussion of my illness and a most dismissive attitude. I would not recommend them at all. Way over priced for such shabby treatment.

Never had a problem before but when I went there this time I saw Doctor Adler. He was too busy with himself to listen or look at my prescription bottles. He asked me if I was allergic to medications and I get anaphalactic reaction and severe pain in my ears from sodium medications in Nsaids and Inhalers. I told him this and he prescribed me a sodium drug that I could have gone to hospital or died from. Instead he lied and said they didn't prescribe Tramadol (I was in a wheelchair for years and have chronic pain, and I am permanently disabled). Tramadol makes me sick but at least it was allowing me to walk. He said Tramadol doesn't help my pain. Tramadol is the popular drug to treat arthritus pain. I am also over 400lbs. I was treated like a drug addict. This doctor is disrespectful and uneducated.

I was very disappointed in their care and when I reached out to contact via Facebook and left a voice mail but nobody even bothered calling me back. We went to Lakeland and saw the Physicians Asst on duty that night, Dre? He was very rude. He walked in the room, looked at my daughter said what's wrong, she said she was having problems breathing. He stuck his stethoscope on her chest and said breathe, breathe faster, hurry, THREW us a script for ZPac and walked out the door. He was not in the room more than 30 seconds!! She DID NOT HAVE AN INFECTION...talk about breeding super bugs. We left there and went to the ER where they did a breathing treatment and found out her thyroid was high. We will NEVER go back to OwlNow. Maybe instead of spending so much money advertising, they should spend it recruiting competent doctors!

Douglas PE was extremely unprofessional and RUDE. I think they forget that they work for the patients...especially with children. Unacceptable and will not be getting my business and zero recommendations.

DO NOT GO TO NITE OWL THEY LOOK AT U AND THEN SEND U TO THE EMERGENCY ROOM BECAUSE THEY DO NOT ACTUALLY TREAT ANY ILLNESS THEY JUST LOOK AT IT AND THEN SEND U TO A REAL DOCTOR ....... I WOULD NOT GO THERE FOR MYSELF OR MY CHILDREN AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE ELSE
