Had a 1 year contract with them since 2010 the bill was apr 90.00 a month for a 4 yard once a week pickup though everything was fine secretary normally opens mail and pays bills i just happen to open the bill for 8/2013 and its 209.00 a month so i called the city of winter haven they said the same dumpster was 123.00 thru them but im 2 blocks out of there service area so i called florida refuse up asked them what this dumpster should cost and they quoted me 135.00 a month so i then gave my name account number asked why mine was so high no one could explain so i said thats fine just pick up the dumpster i will gladly find another provider because i had a one year contract they said no sir better READ THE FINE PRINT unless certifed mail is recevied the last 30 days of the contract it automaticlly renews i am looking for some help i can be reached at [email protected]
