Dropped off aon's ROTC uniform to be dry cleaned and pressed. Charged me 22.50 and shirt looks like they never washed it but half-assed iron it with no peats! The coats were still dirty and no pleats in the pants. Would never recommend or return to this cleaners. They are very disorganized and dirty. I called the owner out about the clothes and he denied it all without apology

Dropped off 3 shirts for dry cleaning. When I got home I realized I had 2 of my shirts were mine and that 1 shirt did not belong to me. I went back and was basically told that they do not make mistakes, it was my shirt...even though it was a smaller size than the other 2 and what I wear. The owner was rude and refused to believe they made a mistake but wanted to brag about how he does business with all the large hotels and schools in the area (doubt it). So I now have a shirt that I cannot wear and someone else I'm sure was given a shirt that is too large for them and got the same story that I got.

Dirty and run down looking. Owners very unpleasant. Location is hidden in shopping center, but that may be a good thing. I will never use this dry cleaners again.

This is the dirtiest dry cleaners that I have ever seen. I brought 2 shirts there for cleaning and they were returned to me filthy. I saw I gone with my first impression of the place and the owner and never left them there. When I complained about the condition I was treated rudely and called a liar. I have never seen such low class, illiterate store owners. The husband and wife that own this business should not be allowed to call themselves cleaners. Run, do not use this establishment.

I left three of my husbands uniform shirts at this cleaners and I returned to pick them up to find they all three had rust stains on them. I went back inside to show the stains to the owner and he was very rude and took the shirts to the back and said he would try to get them out. After about 10 minutes I looked around the wall and saw him spraying spray and wash on it and digging at it with the end of a wooden brush. I then had to demand he give me the shirts and my money back. He then starts saying the stains were there when I brought them in. Wrong! I then took them to another cleaners who said they would try to get the stains out. They could not. I returned to Elite (lol) cleaners to tell them they ruined the shirts. The owner then had his wife call my husband’s job and make a complaint in order to try and place the blame on him, but it did not work. These people are not to be trusted with any clothing items that you value. Take them anywhere but here.

I tried a few cleaners in town, but they just couldn't seem to get the starch in my husbands shirts just right and seems like they did not or would not pay attention to stains that we would get on our clothes, so I was told about Elite Cleaners. I was told they were an owner/operator, which I like the sound of, I could actually speak to the owner if I so choose. Well they were/are great, the starch, my husband likes his shirts and pants to stand on there own, haha, and I like the stains gone, sometimes it takes longer but they try and are honest if they could not get them out. Excellent customer service, and their prices are half bad either.

Absolutely not! I would never use them again. I could have pressed my pants better with my own iron and ironing board.
