I brought in my bichon frise. They do not know how to groom a dog that has any mats! I would have been willing to pay extra money to have his mats removed. They asked me if I brought my own shampoo! Seriously???!!! My Sam has no hair on his head any more. I feel so bad! This is how they groomed my sweet dog! My cat now attacks him. He has no idea what or who this dog is!
