While Comcast may deserve it's reputation for it's poor phone service, our tech, Patrick, from the LZ office makes up for it. He was prompt, friendly and knowledgeable, and after he fixed a vexing issue with the cable TV, asked if everything else was OK. (We have all three.) Indeed, though I had not reported a slowness issue with internet, I figured I just had to live with it. No way. He looked at it, replaced the modem, configured and viola, blazing fast internet. He even showed me how to check it periodically. Comcast, if you can hire more Patricks, you would lose your reputation. Thanks!
