They have on their menu a special dish of 8 chicken wing . When I open the box it had 4 chicken wings and 4 small drumb sticks seperate that are counted as wings (rip off).The menu does not state chicken wing & parts. it states chicken wing. When I complained to the employee they got very upset and said this is chicken wing. I told them I expect all the same 8 to be chicken wings. She started yelling at me I told the counter girl dont serve her give he back money (I had already prepaid when I placed the order). I told them I would report them to the better business ,picked up my food and walked out the store she chases me into the road outside the store grabbed my arm pulled the food from me which dropped all ove the ground,shoved the money into my hands the hit me in the arm and then shoved me.



I think people that would treat customers in this fashion when times are hard should not be in business.A customer is entitled to their opion and can voice it to Joy Luck. I don't have to buy that dish again or ever go there again. The terrible part is to have an employee chase you out of the store and then abuse you. Yes she had witness other employees. She said I was rude to her. I had a witness my husband out side. Sheriif said its her word against mind. She did admitt to grabbing my arm but said she did not hit me. So if I press charges I have to lose time from work or cost money for a lawyer over chicken wings !!! How sad is that.

Plus she gets away with abuse and how many more times will this happen to other customers.

We selected this restaurant strictly for it's proximity to our home...What a Find!! Egg Roll were crisp and tasty; spareribs were meaty; pancakes for Moo Shi were delicate. This will be "our place for chinese" from now on.
