Do NOT go here! I have a goldendoodle that arrived a fluffy puppy & left like a poodle. Specifically said NOT to touch the head. showed them a picture of the desired length for his body. groomer agreed and took him back. To my surprise, his entire body was buzzed w/ a poodle puff on his head. The groomer was so pleased w/ herself & stated that to keep his hair any longer she would of had to hand. I was in complete shock; my puppy was unrecognizable. I waited in the salon and she easily could have asked me if i wanted her to use the buzzer or hand cut once she realized the results would be different. Regardless, she never should've touched his head. Stunned, I paid but didn't plan to tip until the female owner had the nerve to ask for a tip for the groomer. His hair is much thicker and curlier than before, which of course has led to matting more frequently. 8 other dogs arrived during the same time With only 2 groomers. my puppy was crated for 30 minutes when I was told he wouldn't be.
