I had been going to Dr. Binning for maybe 10yrs and never had an issue until recently. The glasses I purchased were not a right fit for my face and hurt on the nose bridge. The nose bridge seemed to be too big for my face after the fact as well. This purchase was covered by insurance, but my insurance(a binning employee called and told me what they said) had no patient satisfaction guarantee on the glasses, so I asked what they as Binning Eyesite could do for me. the woman checking with the insurance for me said she didn't know what Binning's policy was(I asked her a few days before as well and she didn't know then either), so she put me on the phone with NIkki(the store manager). Nikki started the conversation very rudely and wouldn't let me finish my sentences. I had to continually ask her to let me finish speaking and she finally did. I then asked if Binning eyesite could help me outside the situation with my insurance since the return policy on binning's receipt says that they don't give refunds, just store credit. she would then only say that they would be happy to work with my insurance. I said to her that what she was saying is that BInning eyesite, the store, would not help me in any way outside of the unsurance. She just kept repeating the same line that they would be happy to work with my insurance. in fact, that is the only sentence she said at all practically after she finally let me speak. I have spoken with an unrelated eye care facility manager about my frustrations with BInning, and this person said a eye care facility that is good would help me. This person said to be polite to Binning in getting this resolved. I did just that and am now out the money I paid for these glasses that hurt my nose. My advice to anyone reading this is to go to a eye care facility that values long term patient relationships and understands good customer service. You will not find this at Binning eyesite.

D. Binning gave to my daughter wrong prescriptions twice. He could not find right contacts for her. Was rude. We wasted a lot of time and money. I would not recommend him to anyone. Very bad experience.

Much appreciation to Dr. Binning and the helpful staff at EyeSite Optique! My daughter loves her glasses. If you live anywhere near the Lake Worth area and you need glasses, this is the place to go! They are very friendly, honest and helpful and their prices are competitive.
