I definitely did my research ahead of time before purchasing a home at Nautica Isles. The first thing I noticed was the LARGE amount of reviews on yellow pages, superpages, google, apm website, etc praising the work of Richard Wise. After finally meeting him yesterday after settlement, I now know why. His no nonsense approach to things is what is making the development succeed the way it is. Following rules, keeping the rules the same for everyone keeps the neighborhood safe and free from potential law suits - which cost the residents money if sued. As a previous property manager turned accountant, I can surely appreciate all that he is doing to keep the neighborhood great. Keep up the good work, Richard!

Richard wise is a very hard work to the point property manager. Likes to complete all his projects on time. I believe this property got 100% better since he got here.

Our property manager was hand-picked, and I cannot imagine doing my job without her. I am sure she reflects the calibre of the others in the firm who hold this position, and also reflects APM’s skill in the area of human resources. The president of APM is aware that the property manager is the ultimate key, the necessary link, to the success of the association/Village relationship, and will bend over backwards to sustain it. Our property manager is always available to us, gives us much- needed advice and support, keeps herself constantily informed of the rules and regulations of the business, handles her myriad tasks with grace, efficiency, patience, and a great sense of humor.

We have used APM as our Association Management Company for the past seven (7) years. We have a strong team rapport between our Board of Directors and the APM management team. We receive excellent responses to all of our concerns.

My community, has a long standing relationship with APM. We have relied on APM for 20+ years and were fortunate enough to have the same property manager for just about the entire time. With the recent retirement of this property manager we have had a seamless transition to work with the new manager of our property. Our needs to relate with this company, frequently on a daily basis, has been nothing less than responsive with any type of communication whether it be via phone, emails or by letter.
