I purchased my new air conditioner from them and I am very happy. I am happy with the service and how they handled everything. I highly recommend Ridge. Danny the Install Manager is fantastic. Danny went above and beyond.

A few years ago I purchased an air conditoner from another company that came with labor and equipment warranties. Well last week my air conditioner stopped working so I called up the company and they said the salesman lied and there was no warranty and they couldn't help me. I was not happy to say the least. A friend recommended Ridge Energy and so I called them on that recommendation. They came out the same day and the gentleman who came out was very polite and knowledgeable. He explained to me what was wrong with the unit and gave me a few different solutions to my dilemma. I ultimately decided to purchase a new unit with a 10 year warranty instead of trying to repair my old unit. I was hesitant at first based on the last company but when I saw how many years in business Ridge Energy has been and their customer testimonials I took the leap and was very pleased with the service, quality, price, and everyone I interacted with.
