I have done business with Bill for years. A few years ago I was in a diesel f250 & broke down by the lake with no shoulder to pull into. I called him in a panic & He came got me & truck to safety in a hurry. He didn't charge me the hook up fee mileage unhook yaada yaada he charged me barely enough to cover his time. He is honest & always willing to help. Thanks Bill.... Danise James

I called Bill at Top Notch Towing to tell him. He personally cut me off in traffic and kicked rocks up at my windshield. He hung up on me. Didn't ever care. So that's why I'm writing this review.
