I've been using Wild Hogs to fix up my used Peace 150 cc scooter. I've also been looking to buy a newer model from them. Nick has bent over backwards to accommodate me. On little things, he didn't charge me at all. On bigger things the charges have been reasonable. They are fast, courteous and never push you. I have recommended them to my friends and will buy my next scooter from them. Couldn't be happier.

I will NEVER return to this shop. If you are looking for a quality repair and good customer service, you certainly WONT find it here.

This was my first time taking my scooter to "Wild Hogs" My scooter was having an unknown issue- so I told them to check it out, and whatever was wrong just fix it all. After picking up my scooter (and almost $200 later!) I didn't even get my scooter to the next intersection before it broke down again.

The guy sent a mechanic, who did something to it and got it running. The mechanic didn't speak English, so I wasn't told why this happened, or what he did to fix it. So he got it running and I got home.

The next morning, trying to go to work, it wouldn't start again. Furious, I called back and insisted that they pick it up and fix it. The man originally tried to place the blame on me and say maybe it was a new problem- but since I had barely touched the bike since picking it up this was a poor point.

Finally he arranged to have it towed and taken back to the shop. He said it wasn't ready to pick up until the following day- leaving me without transportation for 3 days at this point.

He then said there was nothing wrong with the bike and I simply didn't know how to start it- in a very sexist and disrespectful way. (I have had my scooter and have been using it every day for over 6 months.. I know how to start the thing) I found his tone and manner to be INCREDIBLY offensive. They had clearly tinkered with the bike in some way (the brakes were loosened among other things).

He then argued with me over the cost of repair- I was never quoted a price, or told I would owe anything for the second repair. I was led to believe the service would be taken care of since within 12 hours of picking up the scooter I had had 2 major issues with it. He rolled my bike in his little back shack and hid it from me until I gave him the additional money- another $45 bucks down the drain.

It was a really terrible experience and such a poor demonstration of customer service. If I were you, I wouldt stay far away from this place.

Hard where to start.Had my scooter for 3 weeks. When I called to check on it they didnt fix anything.4 more concurrent trips back for more service.they screwed up my scooter so bad I am having to now spend hundreds of dollars to get it running again.and there are loose bolts and cables hanging.Stay away from this store. Nothing but double talk. The mechanic cant be any older than 18. Horrible service. Stay away from this store.

I bought a scooter from these people and the customer service was excellent. These people do not lie to you or try and sell you something you do not need. They also do not try to rip you off and charge you all kinds of hidden fee's like some dealers I went to before. The price on the scooter is the price you pay period, no hidden fee's or extra charges.

I went to one dealership and they tried to charge me over $600 dollars over the price of the scooter for freight charges and prep charges. Wild Hogs did not charge me any of those fee's. Very honest people. I got a 150 cc scooter and I love it. Also they provide service and maintenance on everything they sell. Very highly recommended.
