I give 5 stars for Diane, I don't; know about the other stylist. Diane always gives me a good haircut.

Went to Supercuts in Lake Jackson. I was a walk in. Three people in front of me. Sat there for thirty minutes, when the stylists decided the credit card machine did not work and would be cash only. Luckily, I had enough cash to pay for a cut. Sat for another thirty minutes before I was finally asked to come back for a cut. Wanted to get a flat top, and was told they can't do flat tops. I was furious by now. Only had two stylists working in store, and were also playing cashier. Both stylists were incredibly slow. Will never try that again.

i have been going supercuts in Lake Jackson for about 10 years and it is a friendly place the management is great ever a problem she handles it. But I my self have never had a problem i able to get in and out in a timely fashion. They are honest, i once when in to color my hair and the stylist i had helped me alot i got the perfect color i was looking for and a great cut to go with it. I recommend this place to all my friends and family.

I took my 7yr old here to get a haircut, because I had before, and the stylist we had on this visit was absolutely rude and unprofessional. The haircut itself took about 15min, and she must of cut off atleast 10+ inches off. It was like she had no passion for cutting it, just chop it off and move on. When I asked her how much to style it she said $25. I agreed and asked her to do so, I wanted my daughter to have a good experience. She didn't spend more than 10-15min to blow dry it and took a straightener to it. No taking her time, didn't even use a softening cream. It was flat and even though the cut was to be a layer cut, it looked very choppy and just dry. $42.00 later, I will not ever go back there again. On our previous visit the cut was only $31 and was at least 5+inches longer, and was so much more professionally done. My husband and I work hard like many parents do and when we spend this sort of money on a haircut for our child(ren), we should feel it was worth it. I didn't
