I have been using Dream Clean for bi-weekly cleanings for two years. I am very suprised to read the previous negative reviews as my cleaning experiances have been nothing short of wonderful. I am a very picky person so I do expect my home to look spotless after it has been cleaned and that is exactly what I get. My cleaning person is Liza and she is amazing. Liza makes sure my bathrooms are spotless, hardwood floors are wiped down by hand, stainless steel appliances are shiny and free of smudges. I have two dogs and Liza does a wonderful job of vacumming up the hair and even lets my girls out before she leaves for the day. Besides Liza doing a fabulous job cleaning, she is extreamly trustworthy and that to me says a lot. Dealing with Karen the owner of the company has always been a good experiance for me as well if I need to change a schedule, etc. Karen adds a personal touch to running a business making a customer feel special. I highly recommend trying Dream Clean!

they didn't clean deeply enough.

Save your money on this one. First time I tried them, didn't do a very good job.I called and complained, they sent someone out for 1/2 the price. The job was so, so. I thought I'd try them again since I needed a cleaning service. They came out the 3rd time (now full price service) . My house was no cleaner than when I had left in the morning. I will say they vacuumed, but that's about all they did. The toilets weren't cleaned, the picture frames weren't dusted. I could go on! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TRY SOMEONE ELSE!
