As far as fixing my laptop, they did it quickly and correctly but the employee Nathan is rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Perhaps he's a great repairman but he's a terrible customer service man. We have always taken our computer there ever since they opened but I will not be back . There are plenty of other places to take our computers out here.
