Worst place ever. Our business moved within waking distance. I have taken my car there three times and have always had to wait a minimum of 20 minutes to drop off and 20 minutes to pick up. The last time I dropped my car off for an oil change at 9 am and when I went to pick it up at 5pm they had not touched it. ridiculous

Worst service ever! First of all do not waste your time taking an appointment. It took them 90 minutes aftert my "scheduled appointment" time to actually look at my vehicle. Also when I scheduled the appointment they promised to look at the noise coming from my front vents. But when they got done with the work, they just said its "too much" work for them and cannot do anything about it. Absolutely useless people. Save your time and energy and do not take your car for service at this Pep boys location.

Ryan Mcloon is an outstanding employee who was very helpful, \very knowledgable and informative, courteous and was able to help me with all my needs today. do not approve any work to your car, other than what needs to be done. Do not deal with GARRETT HART...He'll try to sell you anything & steal your $$$

Do not let them work on your car! They will replace good parts with bad parts and leave the automobile in much worse condition than when you started! Then you will need a reputable mechanic to undo and correct the work!
