Virtuous Prom began with a search - a search for a fashionable, modest and reasonably priced dress. We scoured the internet, the malls and any other place we could think to look, but we didn't turn up much. Surely, there had to be a better way than paying $500 for a dress or having to add a jacket or a sweater to a reasonably priced dress! There had to be a way where neither fashion nor modesty nor the pocket book was sacrificed. And so we set about creating Virtuous Prom. Megan, our Creative Director (and would be modest dress purchaser) teamed up with seamstress Debbie to design Time to Shine. Next, Brandon, photographer extraordinaire joined the team and the gang was off to California for our first photo shoot. Since then, we have spent countless hours researching design ideas (in preparation for Butterflies and Enchanted Evening we looked at over 80,000 dresses!), organizing shoots and building the business. We have enjoyed every moment of it! In February 2014, we expanded our business into the wedding market, with our collection "I Do!" and Virtuous Prom became Virtuous Prom & Beyond.
