Avoid this office because the service here sucks, all of it. I had an appointment today at 2:00 pm to renew my prescription for hypertension. None of the three ladies at the front desk said hello as I approached them. One finally did ask if I'd been to the office before, which I had. (Should have learned my lesson before but this visit took the cake.) She told me to take a seat. At 2:35 pm I got called in to take my vitals. I went in and the lady who finished with that said to go have a seat in the lobby, that the doctor just stepped out for her lunch and that it would be at least an hour before she could see me. What??? I went to the lobby and asked one of the ladies behind the desk how long does it take for the doctor to have her lunch and she confirmed "at least an hour". I heard a couple of other patients being told the same thing. Then I asked if she had a comment card or a place where I could comment on my experience with this office. She told me when I see the doctor I could let her know my dissatisfaction. I went to the lady in front of the computer and asked her why where the appointments getting pushed back and she said it was because the office had a meeting in the morning. I told her if the office knows it's going to cause everyone's appointment to run very late for a reason like that then why don't they contact the people with the appointments for that day and let them know at the very least, it's not like they have a hundred appointments and clients to contact in one afternoon. I asked her what was the point in having an appointment then, to which she didn't have an answer or look me in the eye, not that I expected anything given the unprofessionalism that reins in this office. I asked when an open appointment would become available and she sure took a long freaking time to read her computer so I said how about any available Wednesday. She said the next available date would be March 8th tentatively. I told her I have a much more professional, faster and all over better experience when I go to Urgent Care, that's where I'd go. It's a regular pain to go there and be seen but gets the job done. I'm positive my blood pressure shot up just going through this very unproductive and unprofessional experience, courtesy of the folks and the doctor who are supposedly there to assist you. Don't waste your time here. I wouldn't give this place any stars except my review wouldn't post if I didn't put at least one.

This place is the worst. Can never get appt and if you do it is not guaranteed you will be seen at appt time. And you could wait up to 3-5 hours even though you have appt. They scedule appt at 9am but tell you the dr doesnt come in until 10:30. Very unprofessional. When you call you have to go through spanish first then english. Can't leave a message to make an appt because their voicemail is always full! Ridiculous. Stay clear of this place. I am switching doctors. Wouldn't give even 1 star review but this app wouldnt let me write review without giving a star. Stupid.
