Having read the previous comments from several years ago, I was very hesitant about going to the Lake Elsinore location, so I went to the Quest Diagnostics in Wildomar off Clinton Keith, only to find they had closed the business. It would be nice it they removed it from their locations including the phone # which is not active.

I went to the Lake Elsinore office on Mission Trail and found it to be very nice and accommodating. I HATE getting my blood work done and dread it. I was hoping to find someone who was good at it and would not hurt me and poke around finding a "good vein". I was a walk in and waited about 25 minutes. I lucked out when "JOANN" called my name. She did a great job drawing blood and did not hurt me at all. I am so happy I now can trust the Lake Elsinore office and will always request Joann!

In case anyone thinks things may have improved since CQF2000 (2008 reviewer) was sent to this dungeon - they have not. I had almost the same experience there myself in 2014! I have to wonder how many victims there were in the years between.

First of all the front desk nurse was very blunt and did not show compassion for those who used their services. Secondly the skill that the phlebotomist that took my blood was HORRIBLE!! She had to stick me twice, once in my right arm and once in my left arm. She stuck the needle so far in my right arm that I felt it hit deep muscle and a sharp pain to which I reacted involuntarily by touching her right hand. She then replied “Don’t touch me”. I stayed silent in shock at the fact that she did not care I was in pain! She then tried my left arm. This time she hit a nerve and I felt sharp pain shooting down my arm all the way down to my fingers! I cried out in pain “it hurts it hurts”. All she could reply was “You have a lot of scar tissue on your arm”. That is a complete LIE! I have had my blood drawn before and donated blood, they have never had problems finding a vain and sticking it without too much pain or discomfort! She did not know what she was doing; on top of that she never showed compassion or empathy for my pain and suffering due to her negligence. Don’t go here! I was told by friends that they were bad but I thought I would see for myself. I saw exactly what they meant. Please take my advice, DON’T GO HERE!!
