I purchased a shower chair from Medical Supply Superstore probably a year or so ago, and have had no problems with it whatsoever. I have purchased a removable metal shower head and hose, and a roller walker with seat, all of which seem to be well made. I have never had to return anything, so don't know if this is a problem or not, but the people have always been friendly and helpful, and I have purchased items several years ago as well, when I was taking care of my elderly mother, never had to return anything.

Because of my mobility weaknesses due to MS and fracturing my leg, I rented a new scooter and purchased a shower chair from the Medical Supply Super Store in July 2013. Since there was an ongoing need for the scooter I purchased the scooter in August 2013. Within two (2) months the shower chair completely collapsed while I was showering and within three (3) months the seat fell apart on the scooter. When I approached the management regarding the scooter, he told me there was no warranty on the scooter because I purchased a used piece of equipment. He dismissed me from his store without even an offer to repair the item. If you decide to shop here, buyer please beware. They lack customer service skills and you will find yourself wasting your money and time. It's a sad day in America when the disabled are treated with such low regard.

Very poor customer service. The employees and management are VERY rude. I would strongly encourage you to not solicit this business. You will have buyers remorse.
