The owner simple is not willing to make a schedule and keep it. It has been a nightmare dealing with Ralf (Ralph). The nightmare of getting my simple landscaping job completed has been going on for nearly two months with no end in site. I'm filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau as well as State of Utah against this company. Also filing a lawsuit to recover damages. This has been the worst company I have ever dealt with from KSL in over ten years (I have done business with over 30 companies and had mostly good success). DO NOT use Ralf or his affiliates. It is a HUGE waist of time. There are other good businesses to choose from. Don't waist your time here. Find a quality company that is able to communicate, do a good job and keep a schedule. Low Price landscaping came to my home on a moments notice and repaired two sprinklers that were shooting up like geysers! In addition, he put in a lovely flower bed for a very reasonable price! I was delighted! The lawn looks beautiful. Thank you!!!

I had an emergency with my sprinklers stuck ON - called & got immediate service and problem fixed right away for a reasonable price. I got a call from them a week later just making sure everything was working okay and that I was happy. I will call them whenever I need a repair on my system!
