I received rude service twice at this establishment and will not return for a third time. On my last visit here, the owner barely greeted me. When I explained that I needed a pair of pants pressed, he told me that I would not receive them until Monday, even though it was 8 AM on Thursday morning. That would have been fine except when I asked could there be a way to receive them sooner, he said "Sorry", turned and walked away. The poor customer service at this cleaners is inexcusible.

I have had very bad experiences with the cleaners around the Lake Elsinore area, when very dusty clothing coming back, though this cleaners here made them smell lovely and made my clothing look dazzling. The owner definitely knows what he is doing. I will be back here time and time again.

Super Satisfied/ Highly Recommended, a luxury type of cleaning with a middle of the line pricing, you are getting a deal when coming here, they should be charging much more for the quality of cleaning being done here, I am amazed at how good my clothing looked when I came to pick it up.....just wow

Super quick and super clean, this place can do alterations, dry cleaning of most any article of clothing, I am a recurring customer at this establishment and I am not disappointed, I left an alteration and clean of a pair of slacks to be done the day off when any other cleaners was unable to, and he got it done and it looked amazing, and tailor fit perfectly. I am very satisfied.

Very unhappy with the service I received at this dry cleaners. I left a dress to be cleaned. It wasn't dirty, just smelled. Needed to be freshened up. When I picked it up it still smelled. The guy told me dry cleaning doesn't take out the smell. I don't think he did a thing to the dress but charged me $9.60. I feel cheated.
