This is a fairly new shop. They've got lovely wedding gowns and not a huge selection of bridesmaids dresses. The customer service, however, is very poor. From the first time I went in I found them to be unfriendly. My sister bought her wedding gown there and their measurements were off so her gown is way too short. She had a few other issues and the way they dealt with it was really disappointing. I like their selection, but I would not shop there again--I don't trust them to help in any way if something went wrong. The attitute seems to be, "Well, YOU ordered it, nothing we can do about it. Too bad." Not a place I want give my business to.
